Delicious Cake Design was so thrilled to be included on Cake Wrecks Sunday Sweets! Cake Wrecks is a famous blog that normally posts pics of hilariously awful cakes, but on Sundays they turn "sweet" and post pics of awesome cakes. NEW!!! Photo cakes

We are now proud to offer edible photo cakes! We have recently invested in a brand new edible ink printer and can print photos using food colouring ink on thin frosting sheets which are entirely edible and food safe. Our new printer is only ever used with edible inks so there is no chance of cross contamination with toxic normal printer inks.
Worried that the photo cakes you've seen before look cheap or tacky? Fear not! We are working hard to find new and interesting ways to use photos and printed material on cakes, such as on our Steve Premium Beer Bucket Cake. This cake features personalised, custom designed edible labels on the beer bottles and beer bucket. Why not have a look at it in our new Novely Cake Gallery! Or how about our Film Strip birthday cake which features a film strip graphic of funny photos of the birthday girl in the Celebration Cake Gallery. A fun and interesting photo cake!

We are moving to Australia!

After spending the past 6 years in London, Charmayne has decided it is time to return to her hometown of Sydney, Australia. This means that Delicious Cake Design will have a new home!
We are still accepting orders in London for delivery before July 25th 2010, and we are now taking orders in Sydney for delivery after August 1st 2010. So Sydney-siders, start getting your cake orders in!

New website design!

Welcome to the improved Delicious Cake Design website. I have modified the design of the website to make viewing the cake images better. The cake galleries now show each cake in a thumnail view, clicking on a thumbnail shows a larger pictures and information on the cake including it's price. These new features are only available to users with javascript switched on. Users with javascript disabled will see the old style layout with medium sized pictures on the page and no ability to look at a larger image.
